Yesterday we went to a christmas party of some friends and prior to the party I got a nice present. A new (my first) pair of headphones from audio-technica are now mine.
Since today is christmas day the trial-run-baking from last sunday had to be turned into a real christmas cake.
After the dough has been in the oven and cooled down it would normally be cut into three slices but the form is wider than the suggested one and therefore the cake didn’t bake as high to allow for three cuts.
The bottom slice has been covered with a layer of my dragon fruit reduction and a layer of butter creme . After assembling the two parts back together the entire outside hd to be covered in butter creme and thoroughly sprinkled with glazed almonds cuts.
Finally some blobs of butter creme have been put on top as a finish and the foundation for the dragon fruit cubes.

Ich versuche etwas Anderes mit den kommenden Einträgen. Es wird entweder Text oder Audio in Deutsch oder English geben. Damit is für jeden was dabei. Leider schaffe ich aber für diesen Eintrag nicht mehr. Zum Glück sind es ja hauptsächlich Bilder.
